Sales Representative

As a Sales Representative at WEB4U, you’ll play a key role in growing our client base. You will reach out to businesses, add leads to our CRM, and connect them with our web and digital solutions.


We’re looking for someone proactive, motivated, and not afraid to pick up the phone or walk into a business. Creativity in finding new leads is welcome. The job is results-driven and suited for someone with a “get it done” attitude.


This is a commission-based position with no cap on earnings. It’s a good fit if you want freedom in how you work (your own hours and location), while building experience in sales and digital services. 

Responsibilities

  • Add new businesses to CRM
  • Contact prospects (calls, email, in-person)
  • Present WEB4U services simply
  • Follow up and close deals
  • Report progress to the team

Must Have

  • Proficiency in English (both written & speaking) 
  • Motivation to reach out to businesses
  • Comfortable using phone, email, or in-person
  • Autonomous and can communicate with the team
  • Able to meet quotas & be creative

Nice to have

  • Proficiency in French (both written & speaking) 
  • Previous sales or lead generation experience
  • Familiarity with CRM tools
  • Knowledge of websites or digital services
  • Strong analytical skills
