Term Of Service

Welcome to WEB4U by SFZ4 (“WEB4U”, “we”, “us”, or “our”). By using our website, services, or engaging with us through any communication channels, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read them carefully.

Overview


WEB4U provides digital services including, but not limited to:

  • Website Design & Development
  • Hosting & Care Plans
  • Web Maintenance
  • E-commerce Solutions
  • SEO & Marketing
  • CRM/ERP Integrations
  • Custom Software Development

By working with WEB4U, you enter into a business agreement governed by these Terms.

Client Onboarding & Project Workflow


  • All new projects begin with a discovery and quotation phase. Clients must fill out a project brief or quote form, after which a project manager will follow up.
  • Upon agreement of scope and pricing, the project will proceed following a signed proposal or formal written confirmation (email, CRM approval, etc.).
  • Projects may require milestone-based payments, upfront deposits, or full prepayment depending on scope and type of service.

Communication & Delivery  


  • We aim to communicate clearly and promptly throughout all phases of your project.
  • Clients are expected to respond to requests, content submissions, or approvals in a timely manner. Delays in client feedback may impact delivery timelines.
  • WEB4U reserves the right to pause or postpone a project if the client becomes unresponsive for more than 7 days.

Revisions  


WEB4U aims to deliver high-quality work that meets your expectations. Unless otherwise stated in your selected plan or proposal:

  • The number of included revisions is at the discretion of WEB4U or specified in the service page.
  • We are happy to accommodate minor adjustments (e.g., wording tweaks, small layout fixes) as part of our standard service.
  • However, larger changes (e.g., redesigns, added functionality, change of scope) may require a separate quote or incur additional fees.
  • To avoid misunderstandings, we encourage clients to be as detailed and clear as possible during the initial brief and review stages.

WEB4U reserves the right to determine what constitutes a minor versus a major revision.

Hosting & Care Plans   


WEB4U offers managed hosting and care plans, which include site maintenance, updates, backups, and security monitoring.

  • Billing Cycle: Care plans and hosting are billed monthly or annually, depending on the selected package.
  • Renewal & Cancellation Policy:
    To cancel or modify a care plan or hosting subscription, clients must notify WEB4U at least 3 days before the renewal date. Failure to do so will result in automatic renewal and billing for the next term.
  • Refunds: Due to the nature of digital services, care plans and hosting are non-refundable once a billing cycle has started.

Ownership & Intellectual Property    


  • Unless otherwise agreed, the final deliverables (e.g. website files, graphics, custom code) are the property of the client once the full payment is received.
  • WEB4U retains the right to showcase projects in its portfolio and promotional material unless explicitly requested otherwise by the client in writing.

Payment Terms     


  • Invoices are due within the specified time frame (typically 7 or 15 days unless otherwise stated).
  • Late payments may incur penalties or delay in service delivery.
  • All pricing is in USD, and may be subject to applicable taxes.

Limitation of Liability     


  • WEB4U is not responsible for any damages (direct, incidental, or consequential) that may result from the use or inability to use our services.
  • We are not liable for third-party service outages (e.g., domain providers, external APIs, server outages) or loss of data due to client-side negligence.
  • While we follow industry best practices, no system is 100% secure, and WEB4U cannot guarantee absolute security.

Termination of Services      


WEB4U reserves the right to terminate services if:

  • A client violates these terms
  • Payment is repeatedly delayed
  • The project becomes unreasonably stalled due to lack of client cooperation

Changes to the Terms       


WEB4U may update these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
